Entering the holiday season

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. We are now entering the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Not only is it the holiday season but finals time for us mommies in school. Throwing finals week into the mix of everything can bring new stress. My advice to myself and everyone else is to stay calm, pray and know that you will make it through on top. Mothers do your best to make everything really simple for you over the next couple weeks for the kids and your self. The goal is to get as much time in to properly study and get some last minute assignments done.
Tips for making this stressful time easier. 1. dress your kids in their cute track suits/warm-ups or clothes that looks nice without having to take time out to iron. 2. cook simple meals and or meals that stretch like spaghetti or breakfast for dinner. If you have extra cash, this is the time to get some healthy take out so you don.t have to cook one day. Meals from Boston Market are great. 3. Have your child sit down with you and do a quiet learning activity while you study.
There all kinds of things that you can do to make this time not so stressful for you. Also keep a positive attitude and remember that after finals you get to have a nice break from school to enjoy the holidays with family. I have some cool things to share with you guys regarding holiday decorations, crafts, treats, recipes and gift ideas. I will share those with you very soon. Good luck with everything you have going on with work, school and life in general.
